Does RTRN track where my belongings are?
No. RTRN is not a GPS tracker. It helps someone who finds your tagged item contact you by scanning its QR code.
Does the finder need the RTRN app?
No app and no sign-up. The finder’s journey runs in their browser. They can start a conversation or use Leave & Go to send a one-way note.
Will my contact details be on the tag?
The tag uses a public code to connect the finder with RTRN. You do not need to print your name, phone number or email address on it.
Can I print my own tag?
Yes. RTRN lets you print your tag’s QR. You can choose whether to include coverage numbers. Call and SMS forwarding requires account credit and the relevant service availability.
